St Marks is a City Centre Resource Church (CCRC), planted in October 2017 through the HTB network by Gas Street Birmingham. We were commissioned by the Bishop to engage with younger generations, and since launching, we’ve welcomed a growing number of families, children (40–50 under-11s each Sunday), youth (around 20 aged 11–18), and students (50-75 each week) into the life of the church.
Our vision is to see people find faith in Jesus, to find freedom in Christ, and to see the City of Coventry flourish.
As a church, we want to invest where we see God moving. In recent years, we’ve seen God doing amazing things through our younger generations. The generous support of our church has made it possible to expand our staff team, enabling us to embrace all that God is opening up in this next season.
Operations Manager
St Marks Coventry is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help lead and strengthen the life of our growing church. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll provide strategic and operational oversight across staff, volunteers, projects, events, facilities, and organisational systems, enabling the church to thrive in its mission to see people find faith, freedom, and the city flourish.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader and people-person who loves building teams, solving problems, and turning vision into reality. If you're passionate about seeing the Church flourish and want to play a key role in shaping the future of St Mark’s and its wider influence across Coventry, this could be the role for you.
Permanent, Full-time.
Salary: £33-45k pa, depending on experience
