We’re hiring!
St Marks is a City Centre Resource Church (CCRC), planted in October 2017 through the HTB network by Gas Street Birmingham. We were commissioned by the Bishop to engage with younger generations, and since launching, we’ve welcomed a growing number of families, children (40–50 under-11s each Sunday), youth (around 20 aged 11–18), and students (75–100 each week) into the life of the church.
Our vision is to see people find faith in Jesus, to find freedom in Christ, and to see the City of Coventry flourish.
As a church, we want to invest where we see God moving. In recent years, we’ve seen God doing amazing things through our younger generations. The generous support of our church has made it possible to expand our staff team, enabling us to embrace all that God is opening up in this next season.

Operations Manager

Operations Administrator

As Operations Administrator at St Mark’s Coventry, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, helping a dynamic and growing church run smoothly so that lives can be transformed. This is more than an administrative position—it’s an opportunity to support meaningful ministry, build strong relationships, and contribute to events and environments where people encounter Jesus and grow in faith. Working closely with a supportive team, you’ll bring organisation, initiative, and a servant-hearted approach to everything you do, while developing your skills in a role where your contribution is genuinely valued. ·1 year contract in the first instance, with the prospect of extension
·Between 3-5 days a week (37.5hrs a week)
·Salary: £26-30k pa whole time equivalent, depending on experience
