It’s always been said that a church is far more than just the building: it’s the community of people who love and serve each other and those around them.

This strange and difficult time that we are all experiencing is one where we can truly seek to be a church together, and a time of real opportunity to share the love we know with those outside our four walls.

So, we’d love for you to get in touch with us, whether you consider yourself part of St. Marks or not, to see how we might work together to help out those around us, connect one with another, and to give you help should you ever need it.

Worldfoods Food Hub

In partnership with Carriers of Hope and YWAM, St. Marks Coventry has been operating a weekly Food Hub since November 2020. Recognising the need of newly arrived asylum seekers and refugees into our city, we aim to provide culturally appropriate food to members and their families.

The Food Hub operates from the St. Marks building, following a ‘social supermarket’ model. The groceries we provide include Halal meat, fresh bread and a selection of fruit and vegetables – the selection changes weekly and is dependent upon availability.

If you are interested in supporting the work of the Food Hub, please write to office@stmarkscoventry.org.
